Great Honda service, maintenance, repair and expert diagnosis of what caused the a/c to stop. When driver's door wouldn't open from inside , Roman knew how to fix it quickly without removing the door . Jeff explains to customers what is going on during a comprehensive service, pricing is fair and service efficient. Arcadia Ultimate Automotive is known for customer's trust in a family business run by Terry, Jeff and Roman. In today's economy, people are keeping their cars longer. I am a grateful customer, relieved to have mt vintage 2000 C-VR in good condition again at 208,000 miles. Thank you Arcadia Ultimate Automotive.

I absolutely love the service with these guys! I had ripped my front bumper off because the clips were getting old and loose. Saw they were 2 blocks from where it happened so I showed up to see if they could lift the car to fix new clips to hold the bumper and undercarriage panels. They were fully booked but found a way to move a car around so we could lift mine and fix it. I was very impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, and care. I immediately scheduled an oil change for the next week when I would be due and know I can trust them. Just make sure to have an appointment and you'll be in and out!
