I'd read reviews from random sites and decided to go with the popularly rated Ultimate Honda & Acura. To kill time (and fill my empty stomach) while they diagnosed my rather loud brake problem, I took about a 1/3 mile walk to get a hamburger and left them my cell phone number. About 20 minutes later, one of the guys came down (he knew where I'd be) to let me know what my car needed. My stupid cell wasn't working. How nice was that?! - Sandi
