Absolutely the best mechanic you could ask for; he's always honest, upfront, and does not try to sell you something you don't need. He gives you the service that your car requires and nothing more. Jeff, Terrie and Roman are such honest people. They knew immediately what was wrong with my vehicle, gave me the good and bad news with once they look more into my car. They kept in touch with me on the progress and had me back on the road in no time. My sister, mother, brother and daughter recommended me, and I am so glad they did. I have been to mechanics who charge so much for a problem and when I drive away the problem is still an issue. Jeff work is done right the first time and he is now my mechanic. We have been taking our cars to Jeff for 26 years! We keep buying Honda cars so we can take it here for service. We have never been overcharged for any service and usually the bill is less than estimated. Jeff lets us know everything going on with each vehicle and what things are urgent for repair or service. He doesn't do unnecessary work and always discusses issues before doing any work on our vehicles. We recommend them to all of our friends and many of them are now regular customers. Couldn't be happier!

I've been going to Ultimate Automotive for at least 30 years. They're HONEST about the repairs that need to be done. They tell you what will need to be done in the future. Longo Toyota wanted over $700 to replace items they said were bad. I went to Ultimate Automotive and asked them to check what Longo Toyota wanted to change. I didn't mention Longo's suggestion. They looked my car over and said THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. The Guys & Gals there are always friendly and informative. As long as I have a car, I WILL ALWAYS GO TO ULTIMATE AUTOMOTIVE. THANKS GUYS & GALS
